My current work is all "high fire" (sometimes "mid fire") porcelain, white stoneware, or brown stoneware, fired in an electric kiln to around cone 6, or about 2210 degrees Fahrenheit. Some work may be fired slightly lower for desired surface results.
I only use non-toxic, food safe glazes in my work unless otherwise noted. All work is food, dishwasher, and microwave safe unless otherwise noted. Hand washing is always recommended for heavily textured or delicate pieces.
There may be very slight differences in the color/tonality of the photos versus the actual item. Every effort is made to represent the piece as accurately as possible, but also I hate taking photos of my work.
Payment must be received before shipping. Customers who opt to pick up their order from me directly may also pay in person.
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours after purchase.
Domestic orders (USA):
I ship items within 1-3 business days, though usually it will be closer to one day than three. Please check the listing and/or your invoice for shipping times. All shipping times are estimates.
I mostly ship via USPS but will opt for FedEx for larger/heavier packages, as they are more cost effective. All orders are insured but if signature confirmation is required please let me know.
Customers who are local to Lincoln may pick up their order - contact me for more information.
You are responsible for all duty, customs, or any other charges imposed by your country above and beyond the USPS (United States Postal Service) postal charges that you already paid. These may be due when you pick up your package.
All items are packed with the utmost care -- wrapped in bubble wrap, air bags, and double boxed when necessary. I want you to receive your order in one piece! If the order breaks in the mail I will work with you to file a claim.
I use a combination of new and clean, reused packing materials.
I do not include any sort of receipt or invoice in my packages - one can be printed from your Etsy order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON NON-DAMAGED WORK ARE UNAVAILABLE, PERIOD. SHIPPING CERAMIC WORK CAN BE WORRYING EVEN WITH THE BEST PACKAGING, SO I'D RATHER NOT HAVE ANYTHING TAKE MORE TRIPS THAN NECESSARY - I.E. DON'T SHIP MY WORK BACK TO ME. IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM AND ASK QUESTIONS!!!
I have included insurance in the cost of my listings, so if anything is missing or arrives broken please save the order and packaging, and contact me for resolution.

HAHA NOPE. If you've ever seen one of my wrapped packages you'd probably pay me to ensure that I don't wrap your purchase. I make things out of clay, not paper and ribbon.
