This is a medium-sized stoneware hanging planter with an attached drip tray. It consists of two wheel thrown bowls - trimmed, textured, carved, and combined - with drainage holes and hung with an antique brass plated steel chain. It is signed and dated, glazed in a satin off-white to gray to brown glaze, and electric fired to about 2190 degrees Fahrenheit.
This piece measures approximately 7 1/2 inches tall, 7 inches wide at the rim, and about 4 inches deep.
